Here is a way, i tried it on my 8830 and it works

1. Extract the two files to known directory I recommend C:\
2. Connect BB to the computer via USB
3. On the computer get to the command prompt, if you have XP click on start run and type cmd hit enter
4. Type javaloader -u load
Your BB will reboot once or twice don't panic, you can read Arabic and Hebrew emails, webpages, SMS ... etc.
It took me an entire day to figure this out, with the help of other posters here and there. I know some of you might not care but this is important for anyone who would like to read in their native language.
